In collaboration with the FAO and the WRI, REGID International and team have supported the data collection for the Restoration of the Arid and Semi Arid Lands of Kenya for the bioenterprise development project. Funded by the Global Environmental Facility (GEF6) and the The Restoration Initiative (TRI), the project is being implemented by FAO and executed by KEFRI as the lead National agency.

The main objective of the task is to establish baseline for bio-physical data for the project sites.

The data will later be fed into the Restoration Opportunities Assessment Methodology (ROAM) process.
